| S1 enables to partition the hard disk into public and private (X-Zone design) part and reserve the capacity decision right for users which means users can partition the capacity freely.
Furthermore, unlike the regular encryption enclosure box, S1 enclosure encrypts information saved in X-Zone with unique security code, which is called S-Code design. People without the specific access are not allowed to decrypt S-Code or access to X-Zone part.
S1 Series provides software password as the access key and this is the only method to access to X-Zone. Information saved in X-Zone is under 100% protection. |
